Refund Policy

Overview

Design N Studio (“Designn,” “we,” “us”) sells prepaid credits that you spend on AI image and video generations within the service. This policy explains when those purchases can be refunded. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

Credits are non-refundable

Credits are a digital, consumable product delivered to your account immediately on payment. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except as described below or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

  • EU / UK cooling-off period. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because credits are supplied immediately, by completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that this right is lost once any of the purchased credits have been used. Any unused credits purchased within the preceding 14 days may be refunded on request.
  • Other jurisdictions. Where local law grants you a mandatory right to a refund, we will honor it.

How to request a refund

To request a refund under this policy, email support@designn.studio from the address on your account. Include your order or transaction reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Billing, payments, and our Merchant of Record

Payments and billing for credit purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the authorized reseller) for these transactions. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. When a refund is approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method; the time for it to appear depends on your payment provider.

Duplicate charges and errors

If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us at support@designn.studio and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks.
