Privacy Policy

Design N Studio (“Designn,” “we,” “us”) operates an AI studio that generates images and video from your prompts and uploaded media. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we share it with the third parties that make the product work, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this solely to create and secure your account.
• Content you provide. Prompts, uploaded images and videos, project and canvas data, and any settings you configure.
• Generated content. The images and videos the service produces from your inputs, stored so you can return to them.
• Usage and billing data. Generation history and a credit ledger recording how many credits you hold and consume.
• Technical data. Basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate and protect the service.

• Authenticate you and maintain your account and session.
• Run the generations you request and store the results in your workspace.
• Track and enforce your credit balance.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• Communicate with you about your account or material changes to the service.

We request only basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) for the purpose of signing you in and identifying your account. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except as described below. Designn’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the product, and only as needed to deliver it:

• AI model providers. Your prompts and uploaded or generated media are sent to the inference providers that run the models — including Replicate and fal.ai (which in turn route to model owners such as OpenAI, Google, and others) — so they can produce your results. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• Hosting and storage. Application hosting, database, and media storage providers (e.g. Vercel) that store your account, content, and generated files on our behalf.
• Legal. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Designn, our users, or the public.

We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including deletion of your account — by emailing support@designn.studio. We’ll honor verified requests within a reasonable time, except where we must retain information to comply with the law or resolve disputes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including by the third-party providers listed above. By using the service you consent to that processing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
